Not that it is a good idea but it is possible to disable the alarm and still operate the vehicle. Under the dash on the driver’s side you will find what is known as the hush panel. It is above the brake pedal underneath a black material. This material covers a relatively small box that has wires coming from it. These are the wires that handle the alarm and ignition function on this vehicle. The yellow wire is the main ignition wire notice that it has been spliced and the alarm wires have been capped into it. You will have to remove the cap and untwist the alarm wires from the ignition wires. Now what you need to do is reconnect both halves of the ignition wires and place an electrical cap on them. Your car should start as normal without the alarm now.
